O R D E R

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 4 to terminate the illegal appointment of the fifth respondent as fertilizer sales woman by the fourth respondent on 25.02.2013. 2.The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner is a Member of the fourth respondent Society. According to the petitioner, the fifth respondent was illegally appointed by the fourth respondent. Aggrieved by the same, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that it appears that the fifth respondent has been terminated from the fourth respondent Society one year back and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition and the writ petition has become infructuous. 4.Recording the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this writ petition is closed. No costs.

Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
