This Original Petition coming on this day before this Court for hearing, the Court made the followings order:- The petitioners who are the legal heirs of the deceased Mr.P.V.Abraham seek issuance of Succession Certificate in respect of the securities mentioned in the schedule to the petition.

2. The 1st petitioner has been examined as PW1. She has filed the proof affidavit reiterating the averments made in the petition. She has produced the death certificate of the deceased Mr.P.V.Abraham as Ex.P1. The legal heirship certificate of the deceased Mr.P.V.Abraham has been produced as Ex.P2. From Ex.P2, it is seen that the petitioners are the only legal heirs of the deceased Mr.P.V.Abraham. The 3rd petitioner has been examined as PW2. She had given a consent affidavit which has been marked as Ex.P5 agreeing for issuance of Succession Certificate in favour of the 1st petitioner. The 2nd petitioner has also filed the consent affidavit which has been marked as Ex.P4.

3. In view of the said evidence, this Original Petition is allowed granting Succession Certificate in respect of the securities mentioned in the schedule to the petition in favour of the 1st petitioner Ms.Susan Abraham.
