(Made by The Hon'ble The Chief Justice ) Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

2. Learned Government Advocate states that the petitioner is already drawing more pay or equal pay while applying G.O.Ms.No.234, School Education Department, dated https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 10.9.2009. The said statement is taken on record.

3. However, learned counsel appearing for the

petitioner states that the petitioner has not received any such proceedings as of now. The copy of the said proceedings be communicated to the petitioner. If the petitioner is not satisfied with the said proceedings, it is open for him to challenge the same in separate proceedings.

4. In view of the aforesaid, we close the contempt proceedings.
