By consent of both parties, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

This writ petition has been filed seeking to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the impugned order of suspension dated 05.01.2022 made in Na.Ka.No.00010/A3/2021 passed by the 3rd respondent and to quash the same and consequently, to direct the respondents to reinstate the petitioner in service with all service and monetary benefits forthwith.
3. According to the petitioner that due to private dispute between the petitioner and other private complainant, the petitioner was placed under suspension by the 3rd respondent by his order dated 05.01.2022 in Na.Ka.No.00010/A3/2021. Therefore, she made a representation dated 28.02.2022 to the 3rd respondent for revocation of her suspension order. However, till date no order has been passed. Hence, the present writ petition has been before this Court.
4. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the petitioner's representation dated 28.02.2022 would be considered by the authorities concerned and appropriate orders will be passed in accordance with law, within a time frame as fixed by this court.
5. Considering the limited scope of prayer and without expressing any opinion on merits, this Court is inclined to direct the 3rd respondent to consider the petitioners'
representation dated 28.02.2022 and pass appropriate orders on its own merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
