O R D E R

This contempt petition has been filed seeking to punish the respondents for Contempt of Court for the willful disobedience of the order of this Court made in W.P.No.15484 of 2021 dated 27.07.2021.

2. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.15484 of 2021 dated 27.07.2021 has been complied with and to that effect, the learned Additional Government Pleader has also produced a copy of the Government Order in G.O.(2D) No.67, Environment, Climate Change and Forests (FR.2ii) Department, dated 27.04.2022. The copy of the Government Order is also furnished to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners.

3. Recording the above said submissions, the contempt petition is closed. No costs.
