2. Heard the learned counsel for both sides and perused the materials available on record.

3. The instant writ petition has been filed against the impugned order dated 06.08.2024 passed by the 5th respondent by and in which the petitioner was imposed with the punishment of removal from service.

4. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents invite the attention of this Court that according to the Tamil Nadu Civil Services (Discipline and Appeal) Rules, 1955, appeal remedy is provided to the petitioner.

5. In view of the availability of the alternative remedy by way of an appeal, this Court dismissing the writ petition giving liberty to the petitioner to approach the Appellate Forum. No costs.
