Prayer:- Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the 1st respondent in Na.Ka.26991/10/N3 dated 23.10.2011 confirming the order of the 2nd respondent in Na.Ka.7790/2007/A dated 16.06.2010, who in turn confirmed the order of the 3rd respondent in Na.Ka.9884/2008/B5 dated 12.07.2008 and quash the same and direct the 3rd respondent to restore the Patta in respect of the land in Re-survey No.150-1B of Venkampakkam Village, Tambaram Taluk measuring 1 acre 74 cents (0.70.5 Hectares) to the name of the petitioner as it existed before passing order by the 3rd respondent in R.O.C.No.5581/2005/B5 dated 28.04.2006 or in to the name of Mrs.Andalammal, W/o.Manickam Naicker, as it existed before the U.D.R., pending resolution of the title dispute before the Civil Court.
