ORDER

This Court, while disposing of the writ petition in W.P.No.9947 of 2015, along with a batch of writ petitions, by common order dated 29.04.2016, directed the petitioner to give a representation to the Tamil Nadu Medical Council, Chennai within two weeks and on receipt of such representation, the Tamil Nadu Medical Council, Chennai was directed to forward a proposal to the Medical Counsel of

India, New Delhi. Further, the Medical Counsel of India was directed to pass orders on the said proposal in terms of the directions issued by this Court in case of D.Deeyaneswarar and others Vs. State of Tamil Nadu reported in 2015(6) CTC 142 and in accordance with law. 2.The present contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging non-compliance of the said order dated 29.04.2016 passed by this Court.

3.Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, it is represented by both the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondents submitted that the order dated 29.04.2016 passed by this Court has been complied with by the respondents.

4.Since the order has been set aside, nothing survives in this contempt petition and accordingly, the same is closed. Connected Sub-application is also closed.
