ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed seeking Mandamus to issue direction to Respondent No. 1 to expeditiously provide the study materials of Computer

Science in printed form to the petitioner and all 28 Students for preparation for the Computer Science examination, which is to be held on 29.03.2025.

2. The petitioner is working as Post Graduate Teacher in Computer Science in the Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan (KVS) and he has filed this Writ Petition with a prayer to issue the study material of Computer Science in printed form to the petitioner and his 28 students for preparation of examination which is to be held on 29.03.2025. According to the petitioner, if the study material is not provided, then 28 students will be adversely affected. Though the petitioner had given representation to the respondent, no action was taken, aggrieved by the same, the petitioner has filed this Writ Petition with the above said prayer.

3. Learned counsel for the respondents on instructions submitted that the study material for 28 students has already been placed and the same will be provided to all the 28 students by 11.03.2025.
