Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the Memorandum of Grounds in CRL.A.NO.535 OF 2018 on the file of the High Court, the High Court will be pleased to suspend the sentence to enlarge on bail passed against the petitioner by the learned Sessions Judge, Mahila Court at Cuddalore in Special Sessions Case No.04 of 2017 dated 06.08.2018 pending disposal of above Criminal Appeal No.535 of 2018. [IN CRL.MP.NO.3638 OF 2019] Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the Memorandum of Grounds in CRL.A.NO.535 OF 2018 on the file of the High Court and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.JAIKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S. KRITIKA KAMAL P, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- When this Court was about to dismiss the petition on merits, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw the criminal miscellaneous petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. In view of the above submission and the endorsement made, this criminal miscellaneous petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

Registry is directed to call for the records, prepare the typed set of papers and post the main appeal in the second week of September, 2019.
