ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- (This case has been heard through video conference) The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent Police for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 294(b), 336, 427, 392, 397, 506(ii) of IPC, in P.R.C.No.106 of 2017 in Crime No.1230 of 2015, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.
3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police would submit that occurrence took place in the year 2015, now, the final report has been filed and the absconding charge sheet has also been filed against the petitioner and the case has been taken cognizance summons issued to the petitioner.

4. Taking into consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is directed to appear before the Concerned Court and execute a bond under Section 88(A) of Cr.P.C.,
5. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
