This petition is filed to implead the proposed respondent No.2 as 2nd respondent in Crl.A.No.224 of 2023 and Crl.M.P.No.3195 of 2023.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner who submitted that as per the direction of this court on 02.03.2023, the petitioner has filed this petition to implead the defacto complainant as 2nd respondent in the criminal appeal and criminal miscellaneous petition. Hence, he prayed for allowing this petition.

3. In view of the above, this petition is ordered by impleading the proposed 2nd respondent/defacto complainant as respondent No.2 in Crl.A.No.224 of 2023 and Crl.M.P.No.3195 of 2023.
