This Writ Petition has been filed, seeking direction to the respondents, their men and people from in any manner dispossessing the petitioner from the shop premises in Door No.197, Royapettah High Road, Mylapore, Chennai-4.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the respondents jointly submitted that the relief sought for in this Writ Petition has become infructuous and hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this case.
