(The Order of the Court was made by P.Velmurugan, J) This petition has been filed by the petitioner, seeking directions to the respondents, to arrange medical treatment at Government Stanley Hospital, Chennai, for petitioner's husband namely Kutty @ Kuralarasan S/o.Iraniyan, presently confined at Central Prison-Puzhal-II, Chennai, in pursuance to the petitioner's representation dated 07.02.2026.

According to learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the petitioner's husband namely Kutty @ Kuralarasan is an under trial prisoner and considering the petitioner's representation dated 07.02.2026, already the respondents made necessary arrangements to extend medical assistance to the petitioner's husband and he would be taken to Government Stanley Hospital, Chennai, tomorrow. 2/4
