Respondent to Process Petitioner application by evaluating the answer sheets and declare the results of the petitioner, enabling her to be appointed to any of the suitable posts in Combined Civil Services Examination-IV(Group IV) as Notified in the Notification No. 7 of 2022 dated 30.03.2022 issued by the Respondent.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. The petitioner is qualified with B.A degree and had applied for direct recruitment for the post under Group IV as per the notification No.7 of 2022 dated 30.03.2022. The petitioner was issued hall ticket and she had appeared for the written examination. However, her answer sheet was not valued for the reason that the answer sheet is not deemed to be fit for valuation for violations of the commission's instructions to applicants. The petitioner had applied for information under the Right to Information Act.

4. A perusal of notification dated 30.03.2022, Clause 14 (e) says

that during the process of recruitment from notification till completion of selection process, no information under Right to Information Act, CM cell petitions and GRC would be furnished.

5. That apart, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner failed to put her signature in the answer sheet. Therefore, the answer sheet of the petitioner was not valued, since anybody can insert a new answer sheet of the candidate. Therefore, the direction sought for in this writ petition cannot be considered and this writ petition is devoid of merits and is liable to be dismissed. However, if the selection process is over, whatever the information sought for by the petitioner under the Right to Information Act, the respondent is directed to provide information in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of application.

6. In view of the above, this writ petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
