12589 of 2020 and thus render justice Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. R.PREM NARAYAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S. C.E.PRATAP, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- The present petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.8452 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.12589 of 2020 dated 21.12.2020 passed by this Court.
2. This Court, vide order dated 21.12.2020 directed the petitioner to report before the respondent police on the first day of every month, until further orders.
3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

4. In the above circumstances, this petition is allowed and the earlier condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.8452 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.12589 of 2020 dated 21.12.2020 shall continue till the filing of charge sheet and thereafter, appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates without fail.
