ORDER

This matter is placed before this Court today on the basis of the letter dated 06.12.2025 received from the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Bhavani through the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Erode District, Erode and also the letter of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Erode District, Erode dated 12.12.2025, seeking extension of time for disposal of the case in CC.No.69 of 2021, by a period of two months.

2. Considering the reasons stated in the letter, this Court is of the view that it is appropriate to accept the request made by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Bhavani.
