ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for direction directing the third respondent to implement the order in Na.Ka.No.1529/2021/A1 dated 22.12.2021 passed by the second respondent without any further delay.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners, the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents 1 and 2 and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the third respondent and perused the materials available on record.

3. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the third respondent is directed to issue notice to the petitioner and the fourth respondent and thereafter, implement the order passed in Na.Ka.No.1529/2021/A1 dated 22.12.2021 by the second respondent, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition petition is disposed of. No costs.
