This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate II, Chidambaram to dispose of the case in C.C.No.500048 of 2017 within a stipulated period as fixed by this Hon'ble Court.

Heard Mr.T.Saravanan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.M.Mohamed Riyaz, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents.

Considering the limited prayer made by the petitioner this Court directs the learned Judicial Magistrate II, Chidambaram to dispose of the case in C.C.No.500048 of 2017 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
