Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the first petitioner died and petitioners 2 to 4, who have lost their interest in the property are not interested to prosecute the writ petition and hence, this Writ Petition may be dismissed. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
2. In view of the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
