JAYACHANDRAN CRIMINAL MISCELLANEOUS PETITION No.4254 of 2022 IN CRL OP.2427 of 2022 M.VIGNESWARAN [ PETITIONER / ACCUSED-2 ] Vs STATE REP BY [ RESPONDENT / COMPLAINANT ] THE INSPECTOR OF POLICE, K-3, AMINJAKARAI POLICE STATION, AMINJIKARAI, CRIME NO.971 OF 2021 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition the petitioner should sign before respondent police every day at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two months imposed in Crl.O.P.No.2427 of 2022 dated 03.02.2022 in Crime 971 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, case and pass such further or other orders as deem fit in the proper circumstances of the case and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.JANAKI, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.2427 of 2022, dated 03.02.2022.

2.The petitioner is directed to sign before the respondent police every day at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two months. He is started to comply the condition from 15.02.2022 onwards. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police states that if the petitioner continues to report before the Investigating Officer as per the direction of this Court, the respondent will be able to complete the investigation and file the final report.

3. Recording the same, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition for relaxation stands dismissed.
