[Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH, J] This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to produce the petitioner's husband Sebastian, aged about 45 years, who is under the custody of respondents 3 to 6, before this Court and set him at liberty forthwith.
2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the prayer in the Habeas Corpus Petition has become infructuous.
In view of the submission made, the Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
