This application has been filed under Section 446 of the Companies Act seeking payment of a sum of Rs.1,78,000/- with interest at 18% per annum from 27.07.2016 till date of payment.

2. The report of the Official Liquidator reveals that the respondent is liable to pay a sum of Rs.1,78,000/- as per the statement of affairs filed by the erstwhile Directors. The statement of other receivables filed by the ExDirectors has also been annexed therein. Notice was ordered and the respondent was served on 28.04.2021. Despite such service, no one has entered appearance.

3. Accepting the report of the learned Official Liquidator, this application is ordered as prayed for.
