Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed that the petitioner shall report before Judicial Magistrate No.XV, George town, on every Friday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders in Crl.OP.No.21227 of 2021 dated 16.11.2021 and pass such further or other orders as deem fit in the proper circumstances of the case.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.JANAKI, Advocate for the petitioner, and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.21227 of 2021 dated 16.11.2021.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner is scrupulously complying with the condition without any deviation and the Investigation Officer has completed the investigation and filed a final report.
