W.P.No.33006 of 2015 Dr.D.NAGARJUN.J, vca dated 08.10.2015 and direct the respondent to reinstate the petitioner into his service with all backwages with effect from 14.05.2015. 2.

The learned counsel representing the petitioner is present and reported that the matter has become infructuous. He has also made an endorsement on the docket of the case bundle to that effect.
