The Civil Revision Petition is filed for speedy disposal of the I.A.No.2 of 2022 in O.S.No.661 of 2012 pending on the file of the III Additional District Court, Coimbatore.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. The plaintiff is the revision petitioner before this Court. The suit is filed for partition and permanent injunction restraining the 12th defendant and his men and agents from in any manner altering the physical features of the suit property and for various declarations.
4. A perusal of the "B" Diary extract would show that the 8th defendant had passed away and steps are pending. Without the legal heirs of the 8th defendant being impleaded and the suit amended accordingly, directions cannot be issued to the trial Court for expediting the trial. Therefore, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. No costs.
