Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., praying to issue direction to the respondent to register a case based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner dated 23.04.2015 against the named person in the complaint.

O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying for a direction to the respondent to register the complaint of the petitioner dated 23.04.2015 and investigate the same in accordance with law.

2. Heard Mr.I.Abrar MD Abdullah, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.C.Emalias, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. It is seen that the petitioner has given a complaint dated 23.04.2015 to the Superintendent of Police, Krishnagiri. On a reading of the complaint, there appears to be allegations of land grabbing.

4. Hence, the Superintendent of Police, Krishnagiri is directed to forward the complaint of the petitioner dated 23.04.2015 to any one of the Inspector of Police, Land Grabbing Cell for enquiry and during the course of enquiry, if any cognizable offence is made https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

out, a regular case shall be registered, following the decision laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari v. Government of Uttarpradesh and Others reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1.
