O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondent police to investigate Crime No.3 of 2022, on the file of the respondent police, and file final report before the jurisdictional Court.

2. No representation on behalf of the Petitioner.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.V.Meganathan, learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) would submit that the complaint has been given by the daughter in law against the father in law in respect of alleged abuse on her son. He would further submit that investigation has been duly conducted, the accused has been arrested and he is remanded now.

4. Recording the same, direction is issued to the respondent police to file the final report within a period of six months before the concerned Jurisdictional Court from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
