PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ of Habeas Corpus, to call for the records in connection with the order of Detention passed by the second respondent dated 13.02.2024 in MEMO No.104/BCDFGISSSV/2024 against the petitioner's husband Daniel Raj, Male aged 43 years, S/o.Paulraj, who is confined at Central Prison, Puzhal, Chennai and set aside the same and direct the respondents to produce the detenue before the Hon'ble Court and set him at liberty. ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner, as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents, by producing a copy of the Government Order in G.O.Rt.No.1726, Home, Prohibition and Excise (XIII) Department, dated 25.03.2024, submitted that the detention order has already been revoked.

2. Recording the said submission, this Habeas Corpus Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
