ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for issue of writ of mandamus directing the 3 rd respondent not to issue any patta in favour of the 4 th respondent with respect to the subject property based on the objections/representations given by the petitioner on 28.01.2025.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Special Government Pleader on instructions submitted that the application is pending enquiry before the 3 rd respondent.

3/5 3.In the light of the above submission, there shall be a direction to the 3 rd respondent to deal with the representation/objection given by the petitioner while considering the application submitted by the 4 th respondent for grant of patta with respect to the subject property. After affording opportunity to the parties, final orders can be passed on its own merits and in accordance with law. 4.This writ petition is disposed of in the above terms.
