ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for non compliance of the order dated 27.01.2022, passed by this Court in W.P.No.4008 of 2013, thereby directing the respondent to mutate the revenue records in respect of the subject land in favour of the petitioner and pass orders for issuance of patta, within a period of four weeks. 2.

The learned Government Counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that as directed by this Court, the respondent mutated the revenue records in respect of the subject land in favour of the petitioner and also issued patta No.7500. She also produced a copy of the proceeding dated 16.06.2026 along with a copy of patta before this Court. 3.

Recording the above submissions, the Contempt Petition stands closed.
