(Order of the Court was made by NOOTY.RAMAMOHANA RAO,J) This contempt case is initiated on the premise that the direction issued by us on 13.2.2017 in W.A.No.27 of 2017 was not complied with and the writ petitioner was not granted admission in MBBS course.

2. Today, the learned counsel for the petitioner has brought to our notice that the order passed by us has already been complied with and therefore, submits that no further orders are needed to be passed in this contempt case.

3. Recording the said submission, we accordingly dismiss the contempt case.
