O R D E R

1. The Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondent to dispose of the representation of the petitioner.

2. According to the petitioner, he has made a representation before the respondent for shifting the present bus terminus from Tirppur Municipality bus stand to Tiruppur Old Bus stand situate at the distance of 0.3 klms. Even though the representation was submitted as early as on 06.07.2018, so far, no order has been passed. Hence, the present Writ Petition has been filed.

3. I have heard the submissions made by Mr.T.Padmanabhan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.A.N.Thambidurai, learned Special Government Pleader for respondent.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without going into the merit of the issue, the respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation and pass suitable orders on merits and in accordance with law after giving reasonable opportunity to all the stakeholders in the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

issue within a period of eight weeks, from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
