This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to extend the time for furnishing the surety as directed by this Court vide order dated 08.02.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.2673 of 2023.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and the petitioner to surrender and execute sureties before the concerned Magistrate as imposed by this Court, on or before 10.04.2024, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand automatically dismissed.
