Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Honble Court in Crl.O.P.No.2792 of 2022 dated 08.02.2022 that the Petitioner shall report before the Respondent Police daily at 10.00 a.m., until further orders and pass such further or other orders as this Honble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of this Honble Court and thus render justice. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.2792 of 2022 by an order dated 08.02.2022. 2.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submits that the investigation is not yet completed, hence, the petition for relaxation is modified to the effect reporting twice in a month instead of everyday at 10.00 a.m. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.
