This petition is filed to condone the delay of 13 days in filing the above Criminal Revision Case.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. Though notice has been served on the respondents 1 to 4, none appears. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the fifth respondent has no objection in allowing this petition.

3. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and on being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 13 days in filing the Criminal Revision Case is condoned and the petition is allowed.
