ORDER

This application has been filed seeking to permit the petitioners to bring on record the legal heirs of the deceased 1st petitioner as the petitioners 4 and 5 in the above Original Petition.

2.According to the petitioners, the first petitioner died during the pendency of the Original Petition and the proposed petitioners 3 & 4 are the legal heirs of the deceased first petitioner. Therefore, the proposed petitioners 3 & 4 are permitted to be bring on record as the petitioners 4 and 5 in the above Original Petition.

3.Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this application, this application is allowed.

4.Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the Original Petition and list the Original Petition on 06.03.2026. 26-02-2026 DN
