ORDER

The petitioner has filed the above writ petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the first respondent to consider and pass orders on merits by disposing the written representation made by the him on 25.03.2016 within a stipulated time.

2. Mr.Rajeswaran, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the first respondent and Mr.R.Ravichandran, learned Additional Government Pleader, takes notice for the respondents 2 and 3 and submitted that the first respondent may be directed to consider the petitioner's representation https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

dated 25.03.2016, on merits and in accordance with law, within a stipulated time.

3. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side and also taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for in the writ petition, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 25.03.2016 and pass orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With this observation, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
