2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the order of detention has been revoked by the Government in G.O.Rt.No.5035, Home, Prohibition and Excise (X) Department, dated 07.10.2014. Copy of the said Government Order, submitted to this Court, shall form part of the record.
