O R D E R

Aggrieved over the long pendency of the Execution Petition in R.E.P.No.313 of 1997 in O.S.No.261 of 1977, on the file of the Sub Court, Krishnagiri, the petitioner has come before this Court with this Civil Revision Petition.

2. Admittedly, the decree was passed on 24.10.1997. The litigation went upto the Supreme Court and the decree holder is yet to get the fruits of the decree.

3. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, a direction is issued to the Subordinate Judge, Sub Court, Krishnagiri, to dispose of the Execution Petition in R.E.P.No.313 of 1997 in O.S.No.261 of 1977, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
