This petition is filed by the petitioner / respondent to direct the respondent / Writ Petitioner Corporation to pay the petitioner's last drawn salary of Rs.17,500/- from the date of the Award passed in I.D.No.80 of 2015 i.e. from 06.07.2023 onwards and continue to pay the same every month till the disposal of the above writ petition.

2.The petitioner in his sworn affidavit stated that he is not employed anywhere since his non-employment.

The respondent has not filed any counter denying the above averments that he is not gainfully employed. This petition is therefore ordered and a direction is issued to the respondent herein to pay the last drawn wages to the petitioner from this month and thereafter on or before 10th of every month till the disposal of the writ petition. As far as the arrears of 17-B Wages is concerned, the respondent herein shall pay the arrears of 17-B wages, from the date of writ petition till the date of this order, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order on the basis of the https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis admitted last drawn wages drawn by the petitioner.
