(CRIME NO.4/AC/2020) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that the Petitioner shall appear before the Respondent Police on 1st Monday of every month at 10.30a.m till the investigation is completed imposed in Crl.M.P.No.8519 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.13531 of 2020 order dated 01.09.2021 and thus render justice.
Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.ARUNA ELANGO, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.MP.No.8519 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.13531 of 2020 dated 01.09.2022. 2.
Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.
The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner is scrupulously complying with the condition without any deviation and the Investigation Officer has completed the investigation and filed a final report.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), the condition imposed on the petitioner to report before the respondent police, is relaxed.
