The Petitioner/Party-in-Person was repeatedly absent on the last three hearings, i.e. on 15.10.2020, 29.10.2020 and 04.11.2020. Hence, the matter was directed to be listed under the caption 'for dismissal' on 11.11.2020. Even today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the Petitioner. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed for nonprosecution. No costs. Consequently, connected M.P.No.2 of 2013 and W.M.P.No.4754 of 2017 are closed.
