Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents M.V.MURALIDARAN,J kal submitted that Writ Appeal in W.A.No.439 of 2017 has been preferred against the order of the writ petition in W.P.No.16904 of 2013 dated 24.06.2013. Learned counsel for the petitioner has also admitted the said fact. Therefore, this Contempt Petition is closed at present. After passing the order in the Writ Appeal, the petitioner is permitted to review the contempt petition.
