ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner filed a memo stating that he has no instructions from the petitioner. The said memo is recorded.

2. It is seen from the records that there was no representation for the petitioner on 19.01.2024 and 02.02.2024. Therefore, the Registry was directed to list the matter under the caption "for dismissal" on 09.02.2024.

3. Even today, the counsel reported no instruction and there is no representation for the petitioner and hence, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for default. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
