This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents herein not to harass the petitioner, without due process of law, in respect of the crime relating to the year 2017, on the file of the second respondent police. 2.When this Criminal Original Petition was taken up, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that already the second respondent has registered a case in Crime No.2 of 2017 under Sections 294, 420 and 506(ii) IPC against the petitioner, with regard to the crime in question.
3.Recording the above statement made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the second respondent is directed to complete the enquiry and file final report, as expeditiously as possible.
