Initially there was a sole appellant and on his death, the present appellants/petitioners were arrayed as A1 to A8. Now A5 reported dead.

2. In view of the presence of the other appellants, question of abatement does not arise.

3. The factum of the death was not disputed by the other appellants and hence, these petitions are allowed.

4. The Registry is directed to amend the cause title.

5. Post the matter after two weeks.
