The petitioner/first accused who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under Sections 406 & 420 of IPC in Crime No.603 of 2010, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the NBW is pending against the petitioner from 10.10.2023 onwards.
3. In view of the above statement, the application seeking anticipatory bail would not lie. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
