Prayer in Crl.O.P.No.21362 of 2017: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to modify the conditional order passed in Crl.M.P.No.2784 of 2017 to report before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m. until further order instead of appearing before the respondent police to Judicial Magistrate, Alandhur.

For Petitioner in all petition : Mr.L.Christopher For Respondents in all petition : Mr.P.Govindarajan, Additional Public Prosecutor C O M M O N O R D E R The prayers sought for in these petitions are seeking to modify the conditional order passed in Crl.M.P.Nos.3183, 3182 & 2784 of 2017 respectively, to appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Alandhur instead of appearing before the respondent police.

2. In the aforesaid three cases, the petitioner has been granted bail on condition that he shall report before the Inspector of Police, CCB (AVS), Chennai daily at 10.00 a.m. for two cases and before the Inspector of Police, Pallikaranai Police Station, Kancheepuram District daily at 10.00 a.m. in another one case.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that since it is practically not possible for the petitioner to appear before two different Police Stations at the same time, on the same day, he had sought for the present modification.

4. I am of the view that the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner could be accepted. Hence, the petitioner is permitted to appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Alandur daily at 10.00 a.m. in connection with all the three cases. However, the petitioner shall cooperate for the investigation and appear before the respondent police as and when he is summoned.

5.With these observations, the orders passed in Crl.M.P.Nos.3183 & 3182 of 2017 on the file of Inspector of Police, CCB (AVS) Chennai and in Crl.M.P.No.2784 of 2017 on

the file of the Inspector of Police, Pallikaranai Police Station, Kancheepuram District are modified and all other conditions imposed in the Crl.M.P.Nos.3183, 3182 & 2784 of 2017 shall remain intact.
