This Writ Petition is filed for a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 10.11.2021 and to give opportunity of hearing to the petitioner before completion of the enquiry proceedings. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.B.Vijay, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the 2nd respondent submitted that the petitioner was asked to appear before the 2nd respondent on 01.10.2021. On that day, he appeared and sought for fifteen days time. Again on 11.10.2021, the petitioner appeared and sought for further extension of time and then on 25.10.2021 and 05.11.2021 also the petitioner appeared and sought for extension of time for filing his explanation. Subsequently, the petitioner did not appear and submit his explanation. The 2nd respondent conducted enquiry, concluded the enquiry proceedings and submitted the enquiry report on 04.03.2022 and hence, nothing survives in the present Writ Petition.
3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader may be recorded and the Writ Petition may be dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedy. 4.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the 2nd respondent and the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
